# Facade Cladding Finish Height ### Issue Image: ![[Pasted image 20241121142401.png]] ## Issue Description: - Often the FC cladding is brought down just above the finished height of the concrete. - This leaves little space to inspect the membrane, sarking and that junction. - Ideally, the cladding should finish just below the finished height of any pedestal pavers on the balcony. ## Actions to Prevent this Issue: - [ ] Architect has checked that the finished level of any façade cladding is documented to be just below the finished level of the pedestal pavers and there is a gap to service the membrane. - [ ] Project Manager has checked that the finished level of any façade cladding is documented to be just below the finished level of the pedestal pavers and there is a gap to service the membrane. ## Source
