## Issue Description:
- Joinery enclosures in laundries, especially compact ones within bathrooms, are at risk of moisture damage if the boards touch the floor.
- Direct contact with tiled surfaces can lead to swelling, delamination, or rotting of materials due to water exposure or condensation, compromising the durability and appearance of the cabinetry.
## Actions to Prevent this Issue:
- [ ] Detail Joinery Shop Drawings to Ensure all joinery enclosures are raised off the floor, either by using metal angles or by sitting on a plinth. This prevents direct contact with tiles and protects the board from moisture.
