## Issue Description:
The Standard **AS4072.1-2005** sets out how all fire rated penetrations should be documented, refer to Appendix B:
Typically these are documented separately by each contractor.
On completion of the job, a master schedule shall be prepared documenting all the penetrations in one document (Mechanical Hydraulic etc…).
This should include Fire Dampers too.

## Actions to Prevent this Issue:
- [ ] Builder and Sub-contractors shall familiarize themselves with AS4072.
- [ ] Builder shall provide one complete Passive Fire Register on Completion that complies with AS4072
