There should be enough room for the largest of either the tool required to apply it or the puddle flange/service itself. ## Actions to Prevent this Issue: - [ ] Architect to check that all service penetrations have minimum 100mm clearance from other vertical faces. - [ ] Service Engineers to detail at 1:20 areas that are clustered with multiple penetrations like service cupboard risers.
