Install Rooftop Membrane 2. Install Services in a hap hazard fashion. 3. If you are very lucky, add some touchup waterproofing will be done. The contractor shall sequence rooftop works in the following order: 1. Plan out service installations carefully, ensuring they are neat on cable trays etc. 2. Provide the architect with a setout of all the service for review. 3. Install the services 4. Only after the service are installed, install the membrane. The hope here is that the Builder will take enough care to ensure that the services are installed in such a way, that the waterproofing can be done afterwards. The result of this is that future maintenance of the rooftop membrane can be done without disconnecting any services. ## Actions to Prevent this Issue: - [ ] Check that the Builder has planned out the rooftop waterproofing and services in such that the Waterproofing will be completed after the services.
